Introduction #
These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (the customer) and Skills Verification Group (the company) regarding the services provided.
Definitions #
RTO (Registered Training Organization): An organization providing vocational education and training services that are recognized under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Collection of Personal Documents #
We may collect personal documents from you to provide our services effectively and connect you with an RTO.
Refund Policy #
– If the service is not provided, you will receive a full reimbursement unless you have already received your certificate.
– No refund will be provided if the customer receives the service and certificate, but remains unhappy, or if there is a cancellation after the certificate has already been issued.
Payment Terms #
Fees are payable to Skills Verification Group bank. Deposits are required to start processing the certificate.
Application Process #
Customers can apply by visiting https://verifyskills.com.au/industries, selecting their industry, and filling out the application form. Applications can also be submitted through our contact form, direct email, or by visiting our office.
Application Updates #
Regular updates on the status of your application will be sent to keep you informed.
Liability Disclaimer #
– Skills Verification Group is responsible for any money paid to us; however, the issuance of certificates is conducted by colleges that are not affiliated with us. Any issues arising from those colleges are their responsibility.
– In the event of a dispute, customers should contact us directly or may lodge a complaint with Fair Trading.
Governing Law #
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
