Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Sales Agent to join our team in the Philippines. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our RPL assessment services to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage with potential customers, and guide them through the process of understanding the benefits of RPL assessment for their migration journey. You will work closely with our team in Australia to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of RPL assessment and its relevance to their skilled migration goals.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers’ individual circumstances and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our RPL assessment process, services, and pricing to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Australian team to accurately document client information, track sales activities, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in migration policies to effectively position our services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented or consultative sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with the Australian immigration process and the RPL assessment system is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Salary range: A$2-7 Australian Dollars/ hour based on experience level + Sales Bonuses

Working hours: 5-8 hours
